Sell Your Artwork

Sell your artwork at the Holiday Shoppe

We operate a seasonal Holiday Shoppe in November and December, using the entire gallery space for artists to sell their artwork.

The Holiday Shoppe is your opportunity to sell your artwork and also support the Huntingdon County Arts Council.

We will hold our annual Holiday Shoppe at the Huntingdon County Arts Center, 313 12th Street, Huntingdon.

How the Holiday Shoppe Works

Price your items with the understanding that the Arts Council will take a 30% commission on each work sold. We also handle the 6% sales tax. At the Shoppe’s conclusion, the Arts Council will write a check to each artist reflecting the amount of their sales.

Let us know if you want to participate by sending an email to John Kearns at johnk@huntingdoncountyarts.com. Full details are on our website, www.huntingdoncountyarts.com.

The Holiday Shoppe will accept items on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, November 7 through 10. The 2026 Holiday Shoppe will open on Wednesday, November 11, and be open through December 29, 2026.

Special notes for this year:

  1. If you haven’t done so, please RSVP and let us know if you want to participate. Send a confirmation email to John Kearns at johnk@huntingdoncountyarts.com
  2. We use the Square check system, so all items need to be loaded into the Square system to ring up the correct price and credit the sale to you.
  3. Please pre-fill out the Holiday Shoppe Inventory 2026 Form. This is an Excel file. Ideally, we would like you to email us the Excel inventory sheet to use before you drop off your artwork. If you currently have items in the Art Shoppe, we want a completely new inventory sheet with both new and existing items.
  4. We will need a signed Vendor Agreement2026 form from each artist.
  5. Please label your artwork with your 3 initials, then a dash, then a number that corresponds to the number on the inventory sheet. For example: “ABC-1”. If you have similar items at the same price (notecards, hats, etc.), we strongly suggest you make them one item number with the total quantity. (For example, Notecards, XYZ-01, quantity 24).
  6. If you sold the same items last year, please use the same code numbers.
