Section 5. The duties of the Executive Member at Large will be:

Work to ensure the implementation and adherence to the Strategic Plan in effect at the time.

Perform such duties as delegated by the Board and documented in the Policy Manual.

Chair the Nominating Committee.

PROPOSED

The Executive at Large must be a former officer.
